About BBB4E

Our mission is to provide children of all backgrounds with opportunities to explore, experience, and engage with literary, visual, and musical arts, nurturing their growth and development.

Since 2000, Books, Brushes & Bands for Education has attracted thousands of public, private, parochial and home school students from ages 5 to 18 to experience excellent instruction and performance opportunities.

We strive to achieve individual student excellence so they may develop in confidence, self-esteem, team-building, and ultimately appreciate and respect the differences in others. Through consistent and continued involvement, students discover and enhance their creative gifts and experience the world beyond their everyday classroom.

Currently, there is representation from over 25 schools from both Indiana and Illinois with students participating in multiple programs. There is no residency restriction for any of our programs.

Over the years, BBB4E students have performed venues such as the Get Out the Vote Rally featuring keynote speaker President Obama, AON Foundation, MeritFest at Symphony Center, Calumet College of Saint Joseph, Dynasty Banquets, Merit Young Musicians Competition, Indiana University Northwest, Nazareth Home Gala, Purdue University Northwest, and Festival of the Lakes with FOREIGNER as their guest community choir.
