Volunteering

BBB4E is currently seeking volunteers for number of roles. Brigade members are needed for door-to-door Book Brigade walks in Hammond and neighboring communities. There are many ways to get involved! Book ambassadors meet monthly to develop and grow book Brigade related initiatives.

• Book Brigade Volunteers

  • Collecting books

  • Sorting books by reading level

  • Putting stickers in each book

  • Walking and distributing books.

  • Representing the Book Brigade at community events
